What to expect
A real person reads it — there is no bot in front of the queue. We are a small team, so a reply is not instant, and we would rather say that than publish a response time we cannot hold to.
Getting a faster answer
- Say what you were trying to do, not only what went wrong.
- Include a screenshot where there is anything to see.
- For account issues, write from the address on the account.
- For a bug, the list in Report a bug is what we will otherwise have to ask you for.
