The app is slow, blank or crashing
A short list of fixes, and what to include if the problem survives them.
- Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- Close the app fully — off the recents list — and reopen it.
- Try it on a different connection. A blank screen where content should be is usually a request that never came back.
- Restart the device.
- Reinstall if it persists. Nothing you have made is stored only on the phone.
If none of that helps, it is our problem rather than yours — report it and include the detail listed there.
