# India destination photography — sources and licences

Curated from Wikimedia Commons for the homepage redesign. Every file below is a
resized WebP derivative of the linked original.

**These are placeholders for real Destinify photography.** They are named by
region rather than by claim, so replacing one is a file swap with no markup
change. When a real photo replaces a file here, delete its row.

## Attribution obligation

Files marked CC0 carry no obligation. **Every other file requires visible credit
to the author on any page where it appears** (CC BY and CC BY-SA), and CC BY-SA
additionally requires that the resized derivative be offered under the same
licence. The site satisfies this with a credits link in the footer pointing at
this file. If a photo is used without that credit path in place, it must be
removed.
