Delete your account
How to close your account and what happens to what you posted.
You can close your Destinify account whenever you want, and you do not have to give a reason.
Look for the deletion option in your account settings in the app first. If you cannot find it, or it does not work, email info@destinify.com from the address on the account and we will take care of it — sending from that address is how we know it is you.
What happens to what you posted
- Deletion is permanent. Trips, saved places, Moments and guides go with the account.
- A trip someone else has already cloned is theirs now — their copy stays with them.
- If you want to keep anything, take it out before you delete, not after.
